Strange problem while loading Outsideview

Hi all,

Probably this isn't the right group to ask, but I guess it's worth the
try.
In my work I need to work with the Outsideview tandem emulator. When I
try to open the webapplet it stops loading after the blue loading
screen and I end up with an empty grey screen like a Java applet which
isn't loading.

I've asked around here and contacted our helpdesk, Local IT support and
the owner of the software around but no one seems to be able to help me
out.
It has something to do with my personal account because it works for
other accounts on my computer (and it doesn't work with my account on
another computer).

It may be a Active Directory/Windows/Security group problem but the
helpdesk thinks my profile is okay.
The reason why I ask here, is that maybe someone had this problem also
or has any idea what it can be.
I'm already struggling with this problem for three months now and I
still think it's something quite simple. Unfortunately although I'm on
a IT departement I have no access to accountsettings and that kind of
things so I can't try to find it out myself.

Thanks in advance for your help and my apologies for bothering with a
probably non-tandem issue like this.

I remember to have seen issues with OutsideView if you'tre not a member of
the local Administrators group. Are you a member of that?

You need to have Admin priv. when installing Outside view.
